Hi there folks and welcome to another month of 2009.
I trust you all had a happy healthy Easter (well maybe not so healthy). We have been really focusing on self-help skills of late developing quite independent little souls. The children are really enjoying wiping their faces and hands with a damp face washer, helping to pack their bedding up and learning to put their socks and shoes on, so lots of “high fives”, claps and cheers all around. We are learning some Nursery Rhymes including: Hickory Dickory Dock, The Grand Ol’ Duke of York, Hey Diddle Diddle and Mary had a little Lamb. The Children really enjoyed making Easter craft and art. Our next project will be making some lovely ‘Mothers Day’ presents so be prepared to be surprised and delighted. Cheers for now, Tracey, Michelle and Elysia.
