On Saturday the 16th of May Country Kids Early Learning Centre celebrated their 3rd anniversary. The centre participated in a non-domination Montessori celebration which focuses on celebrating the number of times the earth has rotated around the sun since Country Kids opened. Parents’ children and staff walked around in a circle 3 times to celebrate Country Kids 3rd anniversary.
As our guest of honour Glen Rogers, the previous mayor of Stanthorpe, attended and had the great honour of cutting the cake. Families and other guests enjoyed a sausage sizzle and fairy floss, while children had their faces painted and took part in a number of arts activities including painting and dancing.
We would like to thank all in the community who attended our festivities, those who helped out on the day and our guests of honour Glen Rogers. Thank you for making our 3rd anniversary a success. We look forward to celebrating many more.
