When the chips are down Ellen is always there to say “I will”. Ellen uses this positive attitude not only to staff and children but parents as well. She is always at work and extremely reliable, taking her position as Closing Group Leader seriously. This month we have been developing her understanding of the Montessori equipment. Over the last year Ellen have been keeping the program for the room of Peace alive in Melanie’s absence. Thanks Ellen. We appreciate your commitment to the centre.
