The Gowty family have taken over the Management of Country Kids Stanthorpe.
Judy & John along with their sons Luke Sam and Joshua will take an active role in the business management of the centre.
The Gowty family have a combined experience of over 20 years in childcare and early learning. They look forward to the challenge of ensuring that Country Kids maintains a high standard.
Their management philosophy can be summarised as follows;
Provide a safe and secure, well maintained environment where children and staff feel comfortable both physically and emotionally.
Embrace the diversity of the Australian society so that all children attending Country Kids feel valued and respected for who they are.
Through open dialogue ensure that Country Kids meets and exceeds the expectations of children, families, staff, the community and the regulatory bodies.
Ensure that all staff have the opportunity to reach their full potential through ongoing mentoring and structured training.
Support the centre with the resources required to enable the staff to provide exceptional care and learning activities at the highest possible level.
Monitor the financial performance of Country Kids to ensure that the centre is maintained as a viable long term business in the Stanthorpe community.
Encourage the centre to adopt a Montessori focus as part of facilitating the children’s learning experiences and behavioral development.
